Keolis Names Susan Herlick GC

Keolis North America has appointed Susan Herlick as general counsel. She will direct the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory affairs for its North American operation and will be based at its Rockville, Maryland headquarters. Herlick joins from Orbital Sciences Corporation where she served as general counsel and corporate secretary. Herlick began her career at Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC.
