Arlington Asset Investment Corp. Co-Founder Eric F. Billings To Step Down

Arlington Asset Investment Corp.’s co-founder Eric F. Billings will step down after 17 years. He served as chief executive of the firm — formerly known as Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Group — since co-founding it in 1989. J. Rock Tonkel, Jr., the company’s president and chief operating officer, will take over and remain the company’s president.
