Digital, Multimedia Legal Briefs Are Here, For Better Or Worse

More judges are using tablets and other digital devices to read briefs, but studies indicate that comprehension may suffer over that medium. “Lawyers must learn how to create engaging written content and enhance the written word with meaningful multimedia content,” Oklahoma City attorney Jeffrey Taylor writes, which may include using hyperlinks and embedded media.
