Nine partners are leaving Bingham McCutchen LLP, as the Boston law firm transitions leadership following a substantial drop in revenue. The departures involve three teams of lawyers, each bound for a separate firm, the Wall Street Journal reports. A trio of white-collar defense partners is joining Paul Hastings LLP: Michael Levy, Michael Spafford and Amy Carpenter-Holmes. A four-partner real estate group headed by Richard Fries will also be leaving Bingham for Sidley Austin LLP, and two other partners will be joining Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP, a spokeswoman for Bingham confirmed.
