Pirate Bay Co-Founder Peter Sunde Apprehended In Sweden

Peter Sunde, one of the co-founders of file-sharing site The Pirate Bay, was arrested in Sweden after nearly two years on the run, according to reports. Sunde was wanted by Swedish police to serve an outstanding sentence for copyright violations. Sunde is one of Pirate Bay’s four co-founders who were convicted in 2009, fined and sentenced to one year in prison, though an appeals court later lessened their sentence and raised the fine to $6.9 million (46 million kronor) in 2010.
