NUVI Chairman Keith Nellesen Named CEO

NUVI, a social analytics management and engagement company, announced its appointment of Chairman Keith Nellesen to CEO, with former CEO David Oldham assuming a role as a member of the board. Beginning his career in public accounting, Nellesen ventured into entrepreneurship when he co-founded Vivint — a home security, home automation and energy conservation company — where he served as the chief financial officer and president until 2009. Nellesen exited Vivint in 2012 when it was acquired for more than $2 billion by Blackstone. Nellesen also served as the CEO and co-founder of MoneyReef, a financial management application company focused on mobile, and oversaw its successful acquisition by MoneyDesktop in 2012.
