Gay Rights Lag In The C-Suite

The gay rights movement has grown by leaps and bounds in recent years, but not in the C-Suite, the New York Times writes. Though 91 percent of Fortune 500 companies include sexual orientation in their nondiscrimination policies, 83 percent of LGBT employees keep their sexuality a secret at work, according to a Deloitte survey. Why is company policy translating so poorly to company culture?
