Carolyn Bostick, Jennifer Schwartz Join Goldberg Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP

Goldberg Lowenstein & Weatherwax LLP has added Carolyn Bostick and Jennifer Schwartz as Of Counsel to its Palo Alto office. As chair of GLW’s Corporate Transactions practice group, Bostick, who previously served as general counsel for Energy Recovery, Inc. and Trend Micro Inc., will focus her practice on acquisitions, corporate work and commercial transactions, including technology licensing and labor law for small to medium-sized enterprises. Focusing her practice on employment and criminal defense law, Schwartz will take a leading role in GLW’s Employment practice group, in addition to helping building GLW’s Government Investigations and White Collar Defense group along with Kevin Rosenberg (who recently joined GLW from the US Attorneys’ Office). Schwartz has significant trial experience, having served as a prosecutor for the Alameda County District Attorney’s office and abroad, as an Assistant Attorney General for the Republic Of Palau, where she was responsible for criminal matters.
