Affiniti LLC Names Cynthia Schultz GC, Chief Compliance Officer

Affiniti LLC has appointed Cynthia Schultz as general counsel and chief compliance officer. Schultz served as director of compliance and audits for the Broadband Technology Opportunities Program at the National Telecommunications & Information Administration, and was previously a partner with Patton Boggs LLP, where she specialized in technology and telecommunications law. Prior to her work in telecommunications and technology, she was a trial attorney in the Attorney General’s honors program in the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division.
