EXL Appoints Nancy Saltzman As GC

EXL announced the appointment of Nancy Saltzman in the role of EVP, General Counsel & Company Secretary. Saltzman joins EXL from Westcon Group, Inc., where she was SVP, General Counsel & Secretary, and prior to that was a corporate associate for capital markets and merger and acquisition at Dewey Ballantine LLP. She also served as Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Investor Relations at Chartwell Re Corporation, a NYSE-listed firm, and started her career at Shearson Lehman Hutton as a financial analyst.
