Jacksonville, FL GC To Step Down

Cindy Laquidara, GC for the city of Jacksonville, Fla., has announced she will step down as of July 1 to join a private law firm. Laquidara has served as GC for the city since July 2010. In 2012, she caused a stir when she sent a letter to the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL team saying the lease at EverBank Field was in default.
