Veracode Adds Dean Breda As GC

Veracode, the application security company, has added Dean Breda in the newly created position of General Counsel. Breda most recently served as General Counsel for Interactions Corporation, a provider of virtual assistant applications for customer care. Prior to Interactions Corporation, Breda held the General Counsel position at Zipcar, where he served for three years, assisting in the company’s 2011 IPO efforts and its sale to Avis Budget Group in 2013. Breda also served as General Counsel for several technology firms such as Demandware, VistaPrint and StorageNetworks.
