Foot Locker Names Sheilagh M. Clarke GC

Foot Locker, Inc. announced Sheilagh M. Clarke as General Counsel, effective June 1, succeeding Gary M. Bahler, who is retiring. Clarke, who joined Foot Locker in 1988, is currently serving as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary. Bahler, who joined the company in 1980, has been a Senior Vice President since 1998, General Counsel since 1993, and Secretary since 1990.
