Drew Ognall To GC With Umpqua Holdings Corporation

Umpqua Holdings Corporation has named Drew Ognall executive vice president and general counsel, effective May 1, 2014. Ognall replaces outgoing EVP and general counsel Steven Philpott, who will be retiring at the end of April, the company announced. Before joining Umpqua, Ognall was a shareholder and member of Lane Powell PC’s board of directors, and prior to that Ognall was with Roberts Kaplan LLP for 14 years.
