The Most Litigious NPEs in 2013

In what’s described as an effort to bring “transparency to the monetization market” and what some will no doubt call the troll rankings, patent aggregator RPX listed the most active non-practicing entities in 2013, as well as the companies that were their most frequent litigation targets. In the target category, there was a new number one, as Google dropped to number two.
