Peter Ziparo Named to GC of Visteon Corporation

Visteon Corporation has named Peter Ziparo to vice president and general counsel, replacing Michael Sharnas, Visteon’s general counsel since September 2009. Ziparo joined Visteon in 2002 as associate general counsel and has served as assistant general counsel since 2005. Before joining Visteon, he was a corporate associate with the New York City office of Morrison & Foerster LLP, after beginning his legal career as a corporate associate with the New York City office of Chadbourne & Parke LLP.
