Gina M. Perini to President, CEO of SMS/800, Inc.

SMS/800, Inc. has announced that Gina M. Perini has been named president and chief executive officer. Perini has served as acting president and CEO since September 2013, and was chief administrative officer and general counsel from August 2012 through September 2013. Before serving as acting president and CEO, as well as chief administrative officer and general counsel, of SMS/800, Inc., Perini was managing counsel at GTC Law Group LLP and Affiliates. Prior to GTC, she was an Associate at Foley Hoag LLP in the business and intellectual property practice groups.
