Senate Votes to Confirm Caroline Krass as CIA GC

The Senate voted to confirm Caroline Krass as CIA general counsel March 13, a job she will assume at a time of extreme tension between the agency and Congress. Krass, a former senior Justice Department official, will replace acting General Counsel Robert Eatinger. The 95-4 vote came after Sen. Mark Udall, (D-Colo.), dropped his procedural hold on the nomination.
