Frank Lindh, GC of California PUC, to Leave for Crowell & Moring LLP

Frank Lindh, general counsel for the San Francisco-based California Public Utilities Commission, will resign from that post to join the Washington, D.C.-based law firm of Crowell & Moring LLP and work on energy law in its San Francisco office. Lindh became the commission’s general counsel in 2008 after working for 15 years for PG&E.
