Calvin G. Butler to CEO at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company

Baltimore Gas and Electric Company has promoted Calvin G. Butler, Jr. to CEO after the retirement of Kenneth W. DeFontes Jr. Butler was named Senior Vice President of Regulatory and External Affairs in February 2013, and prior to that served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs for Exelon. COO Stephen J. Woerner will assume the role of President and CFO.
