James F. Kilcur, Saul Ewing Partner, Dies

Saul Ewing partner and former SEPTA general counsel James F. Kilcur died Feb. 19, after brief illness. He was 62. Kilcur joined Saul Ewing LLP in May 1995 after serving as general counsel for SEPTA for eight years. “Jim was a wonderful man who was devoted to family, friends, colleagues and clients alike,” Saul Ewing Managing Partner Barry F. Levin told the Philadelphia Business Journal. “During his nearly 20 years with the Firm, Jim embodied so much of what we hold dear at Saul Ewing. He was a consummate professional, adored by his clients and colleagues, and never (ever) had a cross word for anyone. He will be missed by all who knew him.”
