Looking more narrowly at the U.S. domestic front, the firm sees another important Supreme Court case looming: Mississippi v. AU Optronics, which will consider whether certain consumer lawsuits brought by state attorneys general need to be litigated in federal court, and depending on its outcome could curtail some large-scale consumer actions. An interesting list, which as it says,“does not aim to be exhaustive, but instead to provide a high level overview.”
