Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott has hired Gary McConnell, former vice president and associate general counsel of Bayer Corp. McConnell, who will be based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office, joined as a member and will focus his practice in product liability, mass tort and commercial litigation matters.
