Kevin Finch Joins TCW Group As Associate GC

Global asset management firm The TCW Group today named Kevin Finch as a Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Finch joins TCW from the law firm of Freeman Freeman & Smiley where he was a partner. Prior to joining Freeman, Finch spent nearly 20 years at Irell & Manella, where he was most recently a partner advising clients in a wide range of transactional areas.
