AECOM Names Michael S. Burke as CEO

Michael S. Burke will succeed John M. Dionisio as CEO of AECOM Technology Corporation in March 2014, and at that time Dionisio will become executive chairman of the board, the company announced. Burke joined AECOM in 2005 and was named president in October 2011. Dionisio has been with the firm since 1971, and will continue to serve as executive chairman of the board until March 2015.
