NLRB GC Under Fire From Within

In two recent cases, the National Labor Relations Board general counsel received pointed rebukes from an administrative law judge. In one case, the ALJ said the GC was “flippantly” ignoring decades of legal precedent when he issued a complaint instead of deferring a case to the collective bargaining process. In another case, he said the GC was too simplistic and had it all wrong.
