Stock Market Preps For Turbulent September

Fresh out of an August that saw the Dow and S&P 500 slide, investors are far from rosy about how the markets will fare in September. A lackluster jobs report, an upcoming Fed meeting, and the worry of Congressional gridlock over major budget issues will all loom over the markets this month, which is traditionally the worst of the year.
