For Government Contractors, New Veteran and Disability Hiring Rules

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, part of the Department of Labor, has announced major rules changes for hiring veterans and people with disabilities. Applicants must be asked to self-identify, and employers must come up with a ratio of applicants to hires in the protected categories.
