Brazil’s Tough New Anti-Corruption Law

Brazil has enacted a strict anti-corruption law, to go into effect in January of 2014. It will apply to companies doing direct and indirect business in Brazil, including by way of third parties and supply chains. The range of this law is wide and the penalties are severe.
