Plus developments in anti-dumping in a number of industries, patent complaints, and an SEC allegation that a Chinese company overstated its cash balances by from 452 up to 40,000 percent.

Update: The European Commission on Saturday settled the solar panel case against China, much to the dissatisfaction of European solar panel makers and under terms that will be detrimental to U.S. manufacturers, as well.
