Meanwhile, an FCPA restitution action was upheld on appeal, and the law firm Labaton Sucharow released a survey entitled “Wall Street in Crisis: A Perfect Storm Looming” that found 23 percent of respondents had either witnessed or knew first hand about wrong-doing in the work place, while 17 percent believed that if leaders in their organization suspected insider trading they would probably ignore it.
