The New Regs Report From The EPA

The new regulations previewed in the administration’s recent biannual report cover “everything from pollution runoff from military ships to landfill methane emissions,” according to a summary article in The Hill. One that’s gotten a lot of attention: Proposed rules for greenhouse gas emissions from new power plants, to be released in September. It was delayed after a draft released in 2012 got more than two million public comments.
